1. What you're agreeing to

By clicking "I Accept" or using our services, you enter a binding agreement with Belrose Mentoring Group, LLC d/b/a Storage Moguls covering access to our platform, educational content, community features, and AI tools (including Moguls AI).

2. Subscriptions & billing

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. Your payment method will be charged automatically each billing period. To cancel, provide 30 days' written notice to [email protected]. Sign-up and enrollment fees are non-refundable. Pricing may change with 30 days' notice.

3. Acceptable use

You may not solicit or pitch other members, share others' private information, scrape the platform, reverse-engineer our software, post harmful or unlawful content, or violate any applicable laws. Violations may result in immediate account termination.

4. Your content & our rights

Content you submit grants Storage Moguls a license to use it to operate, improve, and develop our services — including AI training. We may also use anonymized, aggregated data from platform activity for analytics and product development.

5. AI tools disclosure

Moguls AI is an automated system, not a human. AI responses are for informational purposes only — always verify before acting. Your interactions may be used to improve our AI systems.

6. No investment or legal advice

Storage Moguls is an educational platform. Nothing here constitutes investment advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of results. Consult qualified professionals before making financial or legal decisions.

7. Limitation of liability

Storage Moguls is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months or $100, whichever is greater.

8. Privacy

We do not sell your personal data. Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy available at storagemoguls.ai. We maintain reasonable safeguards to protect your information.

9. Disputes

Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules in Philadelphia, PA (Pennsylvania law applies). By accepting, you waive your right to a jury trial and class action participation.
